Avocado | 2 PCs |
cocoa | 2 tbsp |
lemon juice | 3 tsp. |
honey | 2 tbsp |
vanilla sugar | 1 Pak. |
salt | 1 chips. |
Method of preparation
Chop the flesh of the avocado pieces and whisk until smooth. Add the vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, honey and lemon juice, again whisking. Continuing to whisk, gradually add cocoa powder, beat for another minute. The mousse is ready to put into glasses or forms for filing and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
