Холодный огуречный суп с пикантными креветками

This cold soup is the perfect solution for those who are watching their own figure. It is ideal for a light dinner as the primary meals.


Cucumbers 500 g
dill 1 Puig.
green onions 50 g
yogurt 600 ml
lemons 1 PC.
vegetable broth 200 ml
curry 1 tsp.
chili 1 tsp.
black pepper 1 tsp.
tiger prawns 12 PCs
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Cucumbers cut in half lengthwise, remove seeds with a spoon, then slice cucumbers crosswise. In the bowl of a blender to mix into a homogeneous mass cucumbers, chopped herbs, yogurt and lemon zest. Add cooled vegetable broth, salt and pepper to taste. Put the soup in the fridge. In a small container, mix curry, chilli, black pepper, herbes de Provence. Shrimp clear from the shell and viscera. Cover the shrimp a few pinches of mixed spices in a small bowl and leave for 5-10 minutes. Sauté shrimp in a pan with olive oil until tender (not more than 2 – 3 minutes). Pour into soup bowls or glasses and garnish with shrimp on skewers.
