Birch salad — spicy taste and a rich salad that we usually prepare in the winter. The original design of the salad will cause a real splash at your guests, and this dish just instantly disappear from the holiday table.

Birch salad with prunes

  • 300 grams of boiled chicken breast;
  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • 5 pieces pickled cucumbers medium size;
  • 5 chicken eggs;
  • One onion of medium size;
  • 50-70 grams of green onions;
  • 200 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • 150 grams prunes;
  • A few olives for decoration.

Prepare products

Mushrooms wash, peel, cut into slices. Fry them in vegetable oil along with chopped onions.

The eggs boil hard boiled, clean.

Chicken boil in salted water with the Bay leaf and allspice.

Assemble the salad


Start assembling the salad. We get lined layers.

Another noteworthy dish of white birch with crab sticks and marinated mushrooms.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g crab sticks;
  • 200 g or one jar of pickled mushrooms;
  • Two medium onions;
  • 200 g of hard cheese;
  • 3-4 eggs;
  • 5-6 pieces of prunes;
  • 4-5 spoons of vegetable oil;
  • Mayonnaise and salt to taste;
  • Herbs for decoration;
  • Lettuce.

Cooking

Onion peel, wash and cut into half rings. Fry in oil until light Golden brown.
