Reasons to prepare a particular salad a lot: birthday, New year or an ordinary family dinner. Many Housewives have their favorite salads. Typically, this is a delicious salad like everyone and their preparation is not time consuming.

In my piggy Bank of recipes too, there are several of these salads. I want to tell you about one of them.

I read a lot of recipes and listening to the advice of friends, I found a recipe salad with squid and prepare it for the holidays. Squid is a product that requires pre-processing: removing the film from the surface. It’s not the most favorite pastime and the only reason I don’t cook the squid salad as often as desired.

For preparation we need:

  • Fresh squid – 500 to 700 grams;
  • One big pack of crab sticks;
  • Four eggs;
  • 100 grams of cheese;
  • Mayonnaise.

Put on the fire a pot with water, salt and bring to a boil. Drop it into boiling water cleaned carcasses squid for 3-5 minutes. Put in a bowl.



Cut the squid into strips.



Put the squid in a salad bowl.



Cover with mayonnaise.



Thawed crab sticks cut into strips.


Put crab sticks in a salad bowl and cover with mayonnaise.




Eggs are cleaned from the shell. Cut eggs with a knife.




Put in a bowl. Cover with mayonnaise.


Cheese grate on a fine grater.


Sprinkle with cheese salad. This is the top of the last layer.

The salad is ready.
