The length of cooking required:

  • cottage cheese — 250 grams;
  • sour cream — 2 tbsp;
  • 6-7 pancakes are ready;
  • 120 grams of the pulp of the pineapple;
  • kiwi — 1 PC.;
  • fresh strawberries;
  • chocolate chips.

Method of preparation:

Cheese triturated through a sieve, add sour cream and mix well. All fruits thoroughly wash with water. Peel the pineapple, kiwi and cut them in cubes. Remove the stalk from strawberries and cut it into quarters.

The formed rolls. Put a strip of cottage cheese about 1/3 from the edge of the pancake. Next put the fruit and wrap a tight roll. The same is done with the rest of the pancakes, then remove the rolls in the fridge for an hour and a half.

Before serving, cut the rolls into equal pieces, spread on a dish and sprinkle the top with chocolate shavings.
