For preparation will need:
- 500 grams lamb or beef;
- 500 grams thin long noodles or spaghetti;
- 2 carrots;
- 2 onion;
- 2 potatoes;
- Sweet bell pepper;
- 3 cloves of garlic;
- Ground black pepper;
- Red pepper (paprika);
- Herbs according to your taste;
- Vegetable oil.
Method of preparation:
Put boiled water, need water. Clean, wash and cut into small cubes potatoes and carrots. Meat cut in small pieces. Chop the onions, finely chop the garlic. Sweet peppers can be cut straight with the grain, but at desire it is possible and without them.
Take a pot or pan, pour the vegetable oil and fry in it the meat until tender. To the meat add the onion, stir and lightly fry. Add potatoes, carrots, pepper, garlic, stirring constantly to fry. Then all pour boiling water, to the level, until the water covers all the vegetables, season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat until fully cooked.
Boil the noodles or spaghetti whole, without breaking, in plenty of salted water and drain in a colander.
Before serving, arrange on a deep plate of noodles, cover them with gravy, wish to add the broth. From top to decorate with chopped greens.
