The zucchini stew is a great addition to any garnish. The combination of ingredients in this delicious dish is unusual, but they harmonize very well. Appetizer of zucchini in Hungarian can be served both hot and cold.

For preparation will need:

  • Zucchini — 600 g;
  • Onions — 2 PCs.;
  • 3-5 cloves of garlic;
  • Lemon juice — 1,5 tsp.;
  • Sour cream — 5 tbsp;
  • 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • Oregano;
  • Dried Basil;
  • Salt, pepper;
  • Greens (dill and parsley).

Method of preparation:

Cut zucchini into quarters thin slices.

In a heated pan pour the oil and spread the zucchini. Then pour lemon juice and stir. Fry the zucchini about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add onion cut into small cubes. As soon as the zucchini will become soft enough, add the garlic, sour cream, pepper, salt, Basil and oregano. In the throes of it all in the pan for another few minutes and the food is ready.

When serving sprinkle with chopped greens.
